Information Night At High School

 These pictures are from back in the fall when we had an information night at Cassandra's school. It was nice to get to know the teachers and to see where she spends all her days. I was the embarrassing mom that wanted pictures of her locker. She played along and this early in the year, there hadn't been much time to decorate the locker/inside door as you can see. A mirror, some magnet boxes for small stuff and that was it. No pictures or little notes. I'm sure it looks very different today!!

Another Saturday - Another Volleyball Jamboree

I know that there is a lot of volleyball posts right now, but I feel that I need to document them especially for Cassandra, to keep here on the blog for her to get to as a memory from her beloved volleyball season. This particular Saturday, there was a Jamboree, (all three High Schools come together with their teams, and play against each other like in a tournament). This time, the Jamboree was held in the International Japanese School, and like I mentioned another time, they have no A/C in the gym, and it was HOT in there, lots of people and no air.

A very tired girl, that had been playing hard in that gym for almost 4 hours with very little rest inbetween games! Still, the team of girls have a lot of fun together, and Cassandra loves to play, so well worth the time!
