Bella Ballerina
Isabella was only able to take ballet lessons for about a month. The teacher's orders moved up and will now PCS (Permanent Change of Station) earlier than expected. So, therefore, she had to quit giving lessons. A typical military life scenario that no one can do anything about, still very annoying for the ones that get affected by it..
With that said, they didn't really have an performance, but just showed off the last 15 minutes of the last lesson what they had learned and as dressing up pretty for the performance is a big thing when you are 5 years old, I made sure to help her transform into the pretties ballerina that I've ever seen, (with a tie with Cassandra when she was a ballerina at the same age!)

A Walk Around The Bull Ring
After visiting the kids, I wanted to have a quick stop at the Bull Ring, that is on the way home. I have been there before taking pictures, as the surroundings are very beautiful and there are lots of things that makes interesting pictures. This time I wanted to have a look if the Sakura trees were blooming, as I wanted to take the kids back for a photosession.
As it was such nice weather, I decided to walk around and have a closer look around the whole area, where I hadn't been before. Here are some pictures from my walk. The Sakura, cherry blossom trees, weren't in full bloom yet, so I will have to go back another time here soon, maybe this weekend.
I'm not sure if that's what it is, but being a big statue in front of the bull ring arena, I figure that it's supposed to be two bull's horns colliding together?!
The bull ring is still in use, and here in the back I found the stables for them, where they would be put during competitions. I don't know how this bull fighting works, but it's not like in Spain, where they actually hurt and harm/kill the bulls. Here it's more the bulls fighting against each other, as i have heard. Will try to find some dates for when they are going on, and it would be something to go and watch.
The bull ring itself, is not kept in great shape, and you can tell that it's old. I don't know if they maybe keep the grass cut and nice in summer, for now it looked very over grown.
On the other side of the bull ring, there were a few graves. Some very new and well kept, some very old and almost buried in the jungle.
The beautiful Banyan trees that grow everywhere!
Jungle vegetation
And a few cherry blossoms..
The "bottle palm tree"
Gorgeous and wonderful scented roses
It was a beautiful day, in beautiful surroundings with beautiful weather!
